ENGLISH CENTER – The 17-year-old motorcyclist who was killed late Saturday afternoon on Route 287 near Route 284 in Pine Township was identified as Maxton Lazarony, of Richland, Lebanon County, according to the Lycoming County Coroner’s Office. The teen was traveling south on Route 287 and lost control of his cycle, striking a ditch and a rugged embankment just after 5 p.m., according to state police. Lazarony, who was wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries, the coroner’s office stated.
