Jason David Shink, 41, of 2019 E. Third St., Williamsport, has been charged with terroristic threats for allegedly telling family members “I will burn your house down with all three of you in it,” during a domestic disturbance at their South Williamsport home in the 100 block of West Central Avenue on July 17, according to borough police. Shink was held for court on the misdemeanor charge following a preliminary hearing last week before Whiteman. He is free on $15,000 bail.
