License to carry applications now available online in Lycoming County

Effective immediately, the Lycoming County Sheriff’s Office will now offer an online option for those that wish to apply for a License to Carry (LTC) according to a news release from Sheriff Eric Spiegel. The Sheriff’s Department is partnering with Permitium to offer this service. However, paper applications will still be accepted for those who wish to go to the Sheriff’s Office to obtain their LTC.
