Those of you who know what Article Two Section One reads, you know that those states Texas and others brought to the Supreme Court, were in violation. One has to believe the Justices also were aware of the violation. So why not hear the case? Because, real or imagined, they feared if they ruled in favor of Texas, and the election was overturned there would be rioting in the streets by ANTIFA and other factions. One may draw this conclusion: The Supreme Court is anti-Trump and worse anti-Constitution because they have not performed their duty in many instances, most notable The Affordable Care Act. They have taken to rewriting laws rather than interpreting them. If Congress had any testicles they would take action against the justices in accordance with Article Two Section Four of the Constitution, starting with the Chief Justice.
