‘Kudos’ to two schools
On a recent Saturday, I asked a pro-Palestine protester if he was okay with what Hamas did. He asked “What’s Hamas” and then offered that he was a WASD graduate, but could not read.
I later read that a local resident attending Widener Law School marched because of perceived First Amendment infringements by downtown merchants. Had said “law student” bother to study the law and the facts, said student would have known the request for time and/or change of venue had nothing to do with First Amendment rights. It was an effort by downtown merchants to ask for some considerations to protect the right to do business during an important day of the year.
Scary thought that these people may vote!
