The Williamsport Crosscutters suffered an 8-4 defeat at the hands of the State College Spikes in their regular-season finale on Tuesday, but thanks to Trenton’s 12-4 win over Aberdeen, the Crosscutters clinched the MLB Draft League second-half title. Sophomore Vinny Tartaglia netted the game-winning goal in the 69th minute for the Lycoming College men’s soccer team, which opened its 2026 season with a 2-1 win at Ursinus College.
