ALTOONA —Central Mountain’s Josiah Allert and Sofia Kelly turned in solid performances at the District 6 track and field championships at Mansion Park. Allert took home a silver medal in the boys high jump, securing the highest finish at districts for a Central Mountain athlete. He cleared 5 feet, 5 inches for silver, just two inches behind Somerset’s Trae Bhullar, who won with a height of 5-7 to head to states.
