22 people receive sentences in Lycoming County

The Lycoming County Court recently sentenced 22 people.

State prison:

Brian Shiffler, 44, of SCI Pine Grove, one to two years for criminal use of a communication facility.

Da’ran Sears, 26, of Lycoming County Prison, three to seven years and three years probation for involuntary manslaughter, receiving stolen property, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person.

Austin Monroe, 35, of Williamsport, 18-36 months for possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

County prison:

Husain Butler, 24, of Williamsport, five to 11 months and 18 months probation for simple assault.

Keneef Bonaparte, 28, of Philadelphia, three to eight years for possession with intent to distribute heroin.

Courtney Smith, 27, of Lycoming County Prison, nine to twenty three months and one year probation for possession with intent to distribute heroin.

Marlon Ranson, 46, of Williamsport, one year and one year probation for making repairs to offensive weapons and resisting arrest.

Electronic monitoring:

Jeffrey Eiswerth, 52, of Williamsport, 60 days, six months probation and $300 fine for DUI.

Tyler Hill, 26, of Williamsport, seven days, $1,000 fine and one year probation for DUI of a controlled substance, carrying a firearm without a license and possession of Xanax.

Thomas Tallman, 49, of Hughesville, seven days and $500 fine for DUI.

Melinda Alexander, 48, of Montoursville, 14 days and $1,000 fine for DUI.

Lupita Perry, 42, of Williamsport, seven days and $1,000 fine for DUI.

Jason Younkin, 35, of South Williamsport, 14 days and $1,000 fine for DUI.

Nicole McCarter, 35, of South Williamsport, 45 days and $600 fine for DUI.

Probation:

Matthew Edison, 29, of Brooklyn, New York, six months and $300 fine for DUI.

Zakary Koch, 28, of Cogan Station, one year for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Juley Koch, 24, of Cogan Station, one year for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Marcus Miller, 25, of Muncy, six months and $300 fine for DUI.

Bryan Lapinski, 57, of Kulpmont, Pennsylvania, one year probation for retail theft.

Joseph Longo, 42, of Cogan Station, one year for possession of marijuana.

Fined:

Cassandra Welshans, 30, of Lock Haven, $100 for theft by unlawful taking.

Crystal Stone, 34, of Covington, Pennsylvania, $300 for possession of a small amount of drugs.
