A man from New Jersey was killed in a late Friday night crash in Clinton County, state police at Lamar said.

David G. Gentles, 59, was driving on Interstate 80 westbound in Lamar Township just before midnight when he lost control of his car.

His car spun across the left lane and crashed into a rock wall, a trooper said.

Gentles was pronounced dead at the crash scene.
